Education:

1990 — University of Bristol (UK), Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineer.

1994 — Institute of Chartered Accountants (UK), Chartered Accountant.

Career:

Since 1994 worked as the Manager of the London office of KPMG, in 1995 joined KPMG team in Bulgaria as Head of Audit and Accounting.

Since 1998 — Director of Investments and Finance at the London office of LUKOIL Europe Holdings Ltd.

In 2001 was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of Bulgaria, in 2002 — First Deputy Minister of Finance of Bulgaria.

Since 2003 — Chief Financial Officer at LITASCO (LUKOIL International Trading and Supply Company), an international marketing and trading arm of PJSC LUKOIL registered in Switzerland. In 2005 was appointed Chief Executive Officer of LITASCO. 

Since 2010 – Executive Director for Finance and Marketing of the Operator of West Qurna-2 Project in Iraq.

In 2016 Gati Al-Jebouri was appointed Vice President of PJSC LUKOIL and Head of LUKOIL Middle East and North Africa upstream operations.

Since 2017 — Representative of PJSC LUKOIL President for Iraq and Arab Gulf States, Managing Director of LUKOIL Mid East Ltd.
